Error: One or more rows are too ... (due to invalid separator/decimal points).
Error:
One or more rows are too wide to split.
Cause:
Characters used as list or decimal separators depend upon the country selected in the Windows Control Panel. Separator character, therefore, is not valid for specified country.
Solution:
Select 'International' icon from 'Control Panel'. Ensure that (if the country is the United States) the list separator is a comma and the decimal separator is a period.
1) Click 'Start' to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'.

3) Open 'Regional Settings'.

4) Click the 'Number' tab.
5) Make sure that a comma (,) is typed in 'List Separator' box.

7) Ensure that a period (.) is typed in the 'Decimal Separator' box.
